Cool shot! I would guess that it is a shiny bolt in a wall but I can't figure out why the word "Vacation" is above it (unless you added that). Could be one of those little convex car mirrors or one lens from sunglasses...Sheesh, now I'm going crazy trying to figure it out! :)
